Market led strategy and design
Modan was established in 2014 to provide a niche service employing the methodology that made the Delfin projects so successful for more than a decade; dominating industry awards nights while delivering significant returns to the Lend Lease Group. We pride ourselves on our ability to find out of the box solutions and applying lateral thinking. Arun Broadhurst
A qualified planner/urban designer with a post grad in urban design including study in architecture and landscape architecture disciplines, Arun distils the skills of many specialist consultants to find solutions that often require multiple perspectives.
With equal focus on design excellence and commercial reality, Arun can assist with projects from precinct level strategic planning down to a 50 lot subdivision, and most challenges between.
A unique ability to combine an understanding of trends, design specifications, standard product dimensions and innovations of volume builders in Victoria to add value and commerciality to greenfield and small lot developments.
